To all customers,

As some customers are aware we have had some network issues this past week. We are experiencing major network issues which we have been trying to diagnose the cause. It appears to be possibly hardware related from one of the core switches/routers in the datacenter. It is causing high pings and high latency which is causing websites and teamspeak servers to be unusable at times. We have been working all night on this issue and we have had issues with our company website being unusable since it is on the same network.

We have put online a Teamspeak 3 Server located in our Texas Datacenter location. We would like to switch any teamspeak 3 customers to this new server while we continue to work in resolving this issue. If you are willing to give the Texas server a try we will be happy to setup a new server for you but it will have a new teamspeak ip address since it is a completely new network. Any Teamspeak 2 customers who are experiencing issues and would like to be moved to our Texas datacenter feel free to contact us. Please be advised that response to emails and tickets may be delayed due to this network issue. Any customer interested in switching over please contact us. We appreciate everyone's patience while we work on resolving this unexpected problem.

Could i get an update please on the status of the server my website is hosted from?. The reason i ask is because im still having issues connecting to it. It is currently down and seems to be offline frequently?
